Your province, date of birth, name, health card number, mobile number, optional email, what you wrote about your concern, any photo you added, and the pharmacy you chose. Payment details go directly to Stripe; Scriptify never sees your card number.
To let a licensed clinician review and answer your request, to send any prescription to your pharmacy, to text you your code and your reply, and to process the fee.
Only the clinician who accepts your request sees your identity and details. Before acceptance, clinicians see only your province, age range, and whether a photo is attached. Scriptify staff do not read requests except to resolve a technical problem, and every access is logged.
On servers in Canada. Photos are deleted after 3 days. Requests are deleted after 30 days. Unanswered, cancelled or declined requests are deleted within a day. Payment records are kept without medical details.
Scriptify uses automated tools, including third-party services such as text-reading and artificial-intelligence services, to help prepare and organise your request for the professional who reviews it. No personal health information leaves Canada: what you write is de-identified in Canada before any automated tool outside Canada processes it. Information processed by these services is not retained by them and is not used to train any model. These tools do not give advice and do not make any decision about your care.
You may cancel a request before a clinician accepts it, and nothing is charged. The clinician is the custodian of your consultation record under Ontario's Personal Health Information Protection Act and the equivalent law in your province; requests for a copy of the record go to them.
